We are living in a time where stress and anxiety has never been more prevalent, proving to us that overall long-term health relies just as much on mental wellbeing as it does physical fitness.
Wellbeing refers to a positive state of mental health, feelings of general happiness and life satisfaction. Emotional wellbeing is strongly linked to physical health.
Fernwood has partnered with Deakin University to create the a 6-week Empower program, to help women discover that a healthy mind leads to a healthy life.
